Download count is low, is it because the .exe file problem?

Also it seems the rate got decreased in tier 4 (most of the countries) , so the earnings will be so low even for bigger files

thanks for the tips, but what i tried to say was that the stats were pretty low compared to normal stats.

my doubt was that the problem .exe, it's not a normal thing, maybe downloader's didn't like it (no one will).
