this is to attract new uploaders only. We cant give 60% to all users. If you already work with RapidGator you can claim this extra bonus. We will give you an extra $100 for each $100 of income growth compared to the previous 3 month starting from 1 March 2023 for next 90 days.

So if you earned in December- February for 90 days 12000( average 4000 USD per month). And in March you will earn 6000 USD, we will give you 2000 USD bonus.

where did you see it. Do I have to contact them or something?
 
I´m new here and today had an issue with RG. Had anyone here this problem before?
Today I renewed by account with balance. So I renewed it for 365 days paying $50. But when I checked my balance, RG discounted $150 from my balance renewing my account until 2026 but keeping the same Bandwith of 12 TB.
Were is the logic of renewing an account for 3 years but keeping the same 12 TB also for 3 years?
I never had this issue before. And Support or Help doesn´t answer my email.
 
right, so you had the issue today. You've emailed support Today (A Sunday) and are dissapointed that they aint got back to you yet? Today?

That logic suggest to me that you aint the sharpest tool in the shed and you probably whacked the renew button 3 times as you were impatient cause it didn't reload instantly.
 
I´m not stupid in using the button 3 times. Because it´s not the first time I renew my account. Support always answered fast, even on Sundays...
Look Mr better to create ticket and wait for tomorrow nobody going to help you here
Here all are uploaders and websites admins and some are normal users :)
Just follow rules go to contact us page create ticket tell them your issue again and wait for them reply
beause here you will see many comments all will give you only advice and you will think what should i do :) which one i should follow :)

i also emailed support, they gave me a year premium with 106TB space but no 60% sales

Thanks RG. Even on SUNDAYS, opened a ticket and support works and solved my issue.
Didn't question the fact that you would get a response on Sunday, what i questioned was the fact that you expected a quick response on Sunday which you obviously didn't get so you can now take your passive aggressive little dipshit arse back to the cave you crawled from until you have another issue with RG. p.s I'm drunk and make no apologies.
