payment for week 18 via bitcoin also says paid (on rg site), but that transaction have zero confirmations since last night (on my btc account)...

^ Wait a while. That's still a massive transaction backlog on Bitcoin network. If transaction is not confirmed after 72 hours,transaction will be canceled and RG has to pay it again with higher network fees. Transaction will be approved when network is less busy (mostly during weekends) or if RG pays a higher bitcoin transaction fee to prioritize your transaction to be confirmed.

Bitcoin transaction might be stuck even more than 72 hours, might be even more than 5 days with no confirmation and no cancelled!

Obviously..but that depends on what exchange RG used and how much tx fees they pay to begin with. If fees are too low to begin with, miners would never put the transaction into the block for confirmation since there are always a transaction with higher tx fees to confirm. When tx fees too high/transaction too slow to confirm > people stop using bitcoin for a while > mempool starts clearing faster for transactions with lower tx fees.

Exactly, commission fee is important. But it's different each time, because of different transaction size.
