It would be proper (for RapidGator administrators) providing news about the upcoming events to avoid people starting refunds procedures via PayPal claims or rushed escape to other hosts.
Altough the whole servers transfer may require a reasonable time a simple static page on their new homepage explaining what's going on shouldn't be so difficult and surely better that the actual "death" state...just my 2 cents
