I think it's time to make Mr NewRapidGator an official "to do and to answer" list because he doesn't seem to be aware (or ignores) of the widely shared problems among his members.

If you can't/won't solve the problem say so and if you can/will give us a timetable.

It's too slow, not "a bit", upload speed less than 1MB/s.

Removing your payment email id may help you out. Not that I tried myself with RG, but it worked this way with other filehosts.

Go to My account--->Profile--->Modify account settings--->Other
and untick Subscribe to a recurring payment.
Clear things with paypal and rapidgator and resume when ready.
