Hi admin, your main thread says you pay via payza, but on account there's just paypal and moneybookers...so payza not accepted?

And also one question, your thread says you count incomplete downloads, I've tried as free from server...another ip...but it didn't got counted...so do you count or you dont?

currently we are payout through PP and Skrill, and we count only complete downloads.

Hi,
We count only complete downloads, also downloads from same IP calculated up to 1$/day and you will see zeros for same IP downloads, but it will be counted implicitly.
So in both cases you may see zeros, don't worry our system works fine and we don't have any complaints on it.

its very frustrating to use ur host

every now and then stats frozen...everytime u reply we will add bonus

although i got bonus from u...but not everytime...some members always got bonus here...i donoo how ?

free users unwilling to download from rainupload bcoz of poor download speed

u r not pps host...so u should give maximum download speed for free users

i request u to do needful and atleast do well in this year

i'm not happy at all

We solve our problems and we calculate what users lose and we compensate accordingly.
Users who get bonus every time have much downloads and they win our offer, You should wonder why they doesn't have any complaints instead.
About speed, you're first user who comment on this, however we will investigate.
