Quote Problem

I don't know if this has been posted before, but here..

For some posts the Quote button doesn't show, e.g:

 

[soft2050]

That's the last reply. So there's no need to quote it to reply to it.

It doesn't show for the latest post cuz it simply doesn't make sense to quote the post right above you.
