[Question]Automatically adds html file to .rar file

Hello there is there any script or program that after leeching the file it automatically injects the html file into the .rar file?, let's say you leeched a software which is .rar after leeching it'll put your html file in it, or you really need to do it manually? I became curious about this because I saw a site that all of the files posted in his site comes with the html file that redirects you to his website.

how you leech the files? you unrar and rar again? or just upload the leeched rar files?
