why i don't get paid per downloads eventhough they said that PPD has been reactivated !!!

coz u not getting any first download from 1 IP..please read the thread before u ask a silly question..and tell them cheat on dls etc etc it's only takes u 30-60min to read the thread so u'll know they cheating or not, why the download count on file manager and valid download are different etc etc.
