Question about Tax ID

my affiliate network program use paxum for payment method and i never got any payment before . so i never submit payment information before. but right now i have income surpass minimum value and i try to submit my information but they require TAX ID and maybe i can not provide this thing. So any can tell me how to solve my problem what if i don't have TAX ID or in case i have but I give they fake number . Does it might be problem? since they transfer money to paxum and I living in another country.
