Blackhat Question about Duplicate content

Hello,
I just found a great content website in my country, where I can get cheap unique content.

There are two options. I can buy a copy of the article or I can buy it exclusive, so that no one is able to buy the same article anymore.
The content is fresh and mostly no one bought a copy of some contents. My question to you guys is now, whether I can use the normal cheap copy of an article. I would be the first who would use it. When Google will index the article what happens if a second website will use the same article? Will Google penalize me or just the other one? I mean Google will think that the second website just copied my article. What do you think?

I think it depends on site ranking but not sure.

tricky question. but it's not always the case of who has the content first. If an authority site like new york times comes and takes that article AFTER you, most likely new york times will rank higher than you.
