We don't usually like doing this, but we feel it's best that we tell our users of WJ.
We've been made aware that multiple accounts exist from the operators of PyramidFiles on WJ. Some of those accounts are used to give "false" feedback for this thread. For this reason, we can no longer accept their official support to take place here. We usually don't mind at all when a business operator has multiple accounts on our site. One for business, one for "fun". Though when the "fun" account, or in this instance, accounts are used to bump up, promote, etc. the business operations of the other account... It's not something we can allow.
Adding to that we're not sure of the legitimacy of this company nor do we wish to continue for them do conduct business here.
