i apologize for being MIA, been crazy here. We are constantly ordering more and better hardware to keep up with our growth, that is why you might experience a few small errors here and there but do not worry, all is good soon! Now everything should be working fine.

All accounts are upgraded to level 2, msg me if you still need level 2.

We would not be adding liberty reserve as Paypal and ALertPay covers majority of online webmasters.

and finally the limit....we try our best here to make sure everyone is happy with our service. However, we could not be running at a loss. High traffic volume from countries which we loose money on means we cannot pay for more equipment and our current servers would be overloaded and over all speeds would be slow. If the limitation is there, then we cannot lift it at this time.. Thank you for your understanding.
