I have some questions:

1. As this is a traffic based affiliate system, do we get payed for files of any size e.g 1-2kb files?
2. Is there any wait time between downloads? Not before starting a download but between separate files?
3. Is higher rank solely based on the traffic we generate or do premium conversions also count?
