So, i decided to get my template coded this time..

here are the features:
Valid HTML
jQuery implemented
fully MySQL database Driven
Interactive Slideshow in footer with tabs of Latest Uploaded images in Real time plus Most Viewed and Random Images.


Has an easy to use ADMIN PANEL which includes:
Advanced File browser with option to Sort files By: Newest, Last Viewed, Most Views, Less Views, Smaller Size, Larger Size
Optimize tables
Repair tables
Search images
Delete images not viewed in Last X Days
Shows size of all images in GB, MB, KB, Bytes format

Comes with Installation Wizard and fully Customizable through config.php

Got a Firefox addon made also. Here are the screen shot:
It lets u upload from computer + whatever size you want + usual IcSnap like options. But is incredibly FAST!

Anyone else wanna bid?
Anant, i don't know what to put as buy now price...i think it should be around $150 with the current bidding in mind but still, if anyone wanna close this auction, can personally PM me a good price.
 
Is $85 the final bid ? because i don't want to sell the whole site at that price...but if i don't get another bid pretty then i guess...i have to sell it to him.
 
I'm not sure about all this and how legal this is. Yes I know that it's extremely heavily customized but you are using a free script as a base which is http://chevereto.com/

It's licenced under the creative commons licence which means your not allow to profit or resell it. Now since you've modified it so much what I suggest you to do is add the copyright link to chevereto which was on it when you downloaded it and sell this as a whole site.

That would be like buying a heavily customized phpbb site and theme which is fine. Whatever about the legal aspects of a link I don't think it's fair for you to sell the script claiming it as your own.

EDIT: I wouldn't have posted this if it wasn't for the fact you listed everyone who modified the script and said it was ok to remove the link to the person who modified it <_<
 
The Code is released under GNU GPL v2, which means any one can edit the code as he wishes, and any can even sell free software ! .
but he has to distribute the GNU GPL V2, license with it.

The logo ( Chevereto NB) is licensed under CC license, and cannot be sold.

how ever as the Author of Chevereto NB has mentioned in the license_agreement.txt that

You can't sell Chevereto or any modified version. You can't
sell the distribution of Chevereto or ANY modified versions.

I think it means that ,
users cannot sell the / modified script as script alone and claim that they have coded it,
but they can sell the site which uses the script/modified script , as its still under GPL v2 license ( they have to give the Copy of GPLv2 off course ).
 
Exactly and i will add a chev link when its being sold.
Anyways, as i am offering much more stuff now. I have received a bid of $115.
Anyone wanna make better bid than that is free to post here/PM me.
