Problems with images

I am having problems with the images on my vbulletin.They turn out unclear or just show this error

Refresh

It is because, when the Image Data is being downloaded to your Computer, the Data Packets are either lost or they break and hence the image is not completed and it shows this kind of error.

It mostly occurs for people on 56K Dail Up connection

Just Refresh the image 3-4 times continuous and then it'll load.

Yes,i did try another theme,its unclear/broken as well.

seems that image did not upload perfectly. download the image via ftp. and then check the image.. does it works at your pc or not.
