Problem with SCC

Anyone who can help me post here.. I will send him my SCC username. I need some who can post in their forum about the problem I have.

I forgot my SCC password so I click forget password link. I have hotmail and I didn't receive any email from SCC in hotmail. I managed to remember my old password but that won't work because i clicked forget password link and the password was reset and I didn't receive reset instruction to my email. Its more than 5 to 6 hrs and no email yet. I dont want to lose my SCC a/c.

I know this has nothing to do with WJ ..this is only place where I can ask help...
