Amm well this really doesn't mean that they follow some algorithm to flag the accounts.. Since PayPal is a big shit . They have thier own ways and moods. You can not say anything.

and if you have any problem which they cant solve then they will just tell you "Sir, You have to bear the loss" "and you have to say "Ok". Happened to me a lot times.
