Thanks for the tips. I have one question.
In last 7 days, i have received 5 fraud payments (all reverted by paypal except one till now). The reason for dispute was Unauthorized Transaction. Two times i tried to Refund the payment (before dispute in Paypal) after knowing that its fraud, it gave me error that Receivers account is Locked or Inactive.
Can my PP get limited because of this ?
