Problem with my site

Hey i have problem with my site and i can`t understand where is the problem.
If i write in google: site:sitename i can`t see any indexed links to my site (looks like my site is penalized by google.

In same time in webmaster tools i don`t have problems, i have almost all my pages valid, no errors and i have web search clicks every day... so where is the problem.. if i`m penalized by google maybe i will have problem in webmaster tools but i don`t have so what can be the problem ?

if your website penalized by google you should see it at your seach conosle , otherwise sometimes this situation happend and your links will back soon i meet this problem also one day
