Absolutely terrible experience.

Not only was I insulted and degraded by their staff (called “retarded” multiple times), but they also arbitrarily suspended my account, causing me to lose all my emails and work stored on the server.

I had paid €500 only a month earlier for the full duration of the services. Their support is rude, unprofessional, and seems happy to delete accounts without proper reason or recovery options.

Avoid this company if you value your data or basic respect from support.

the ticket number or a screenshot of the support messages you mention
