Private Directory Community

Hello webmasters.

I'm looking for a script to build a private directory so we all can know what's the occupation of all members.

Users registered must be able to chat between each others, send private message, make public announces so all members can see them.

It must be a private directory community, nobody can register or get access by their own. Only by invitation or admin.

Any idea about what script could I use?

I don't want a forum.
