thats it, you don't know how to get ID? Follow these simple step
Step 1:
go to your site url IE: www.example.com
Step 2:
you can see there are many section just move your mouse cursor and you will see this

do you see "=6" "6" is the forum id! or if you don't see like i did do this
Step 3:
go to the forum --> just move your cursor to "New Thread"
