Plutost is down?

Hello I'm a really angry webmaster right now...
For 2 days plutost is down,at least what I've figured out,
I can't access my site.Plutost support=ZERO!
I can't contac Zero and iMack told me he couldn't also.
Then...HOW THE F*CK CAN I GET A RESPOND???
I'm really pissed off now >:)

1st I'm not asking for hosting.
2st it's not a database erro.
3rd this is not my site

so can plutost reply?
 
Looks like your ftp files are gone if you only see that in your index.
Hopefully for you the sql isn't gone or you have a backup.

Don't you have one of the owners on skype?You can call or text him.
I don't know who owns plutost,too many new hosts,can't remember who owns what :)

I have backups.
But not the latest of the Database.

First thing I did,was to PM him.But his inbox is full.We know that Private Messages are for this kind of situations.

What you see when you visit our domain now is a new server.
They wanted to move us.
But we are down since Sunday.:@
I cannot find Plutost.
And what I can only do is to use the ticket system.
Which is what I do.
I have uploaded the forum files I am waiting for them to move my account and my Database.
But the support is sitty.They don't answer fast.
And this matter is important.It is not just a simple question,when they could possibly not answer fast.
That is why we are mad.

know how u feel m8.... i reccomended this host to my mate for his large site but its been terrible for him.... im having to put him on a alpha master reseller i have in usa for his site.....and yes i was told support is very low


all i can say is goodluck m8 and hope things work out and for everyone else whos having problems

firstly your account is activated !
You have been emailed with your details.
I checked for your Account on the NL server and its there....
If you havent received the Info them PM me back I'll send it again.

Plutost there is a problem with a value that you have to increase at the php config file!
I have created a ticket on Saturday but no reply.
I have sent you a pm but no reply.
So I am posting here.
Please increase this value.
And tell me a way I can get support quick.
