Please Help me - I'm losing my mind !!!

Well I meet some wierd error .... can't figure out how to get over it ... please help me

/usr/local/bin/php: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/ffmpeg.so: undefined symbol: avcodec_build

I'm getting this when I makes test "ffmpeg" trought SSH, I've tried reinstaling ffmpeg & ffmpeg-php but It just report that I already have everything installed correct... and when I make a test i recieve follwing error, again and again...
