1. Change font on website (but to what font? Any ideas?)
2. Put customer vouches, reviews on website.
3. Put a video on the website, summarising the business.

1. Yes, you should definitely change the font to something more business like. There current font is better for blog/fun/joke sites.
2. Not a bad idea, if you already have them, but do not make them up! Only real reviews written by users should be posted for example in a widget (changing with every refresh)
3. You can add a video, but do not add it to the main page! It seems really clear and eye-friendly. A video would slow down the index page load, etc etc.

Yes, you need to, they are casual and not good for formal sites. use 'Myriad Pro' instead.

Yes, you should. The reviews will help the new visitors to trust your hosting.

Not necessary.


Also, try making the site more serious. Use only decent color. The present color theme is a lot playful. Make it serious.
