The encoding has no issues and is really fast. Occasionally, encoding might fail, but you can just delete it and re-upload. The speed is very fast, and encoding usually finishes as soon as the upload is done.

Well, I don't know what you are imagining there, but nothing works. I have already tried several times to get different files running. All files remain stuck in the encoding status.

3 videos 2 24 hours ago and 1 12 hours ago are all stuck on encoding the only 3 ive uploaded lately so there is a problem

It’s failing to upload here as well. Also, the encoding is stuck on some videos that were uploaded yesterday.
