- 1x1 2x2... thumbnail (only works for newer videos)
- Title not working (There will be cache time)
- False positive video encoding

I can't log in.

It says "invalid request."

So I tried using "Forgot Password" and checked my email.

I got the email, clicked the reset link, and it redirected me to:

"Reset your password
Enter your email and we’ll send a reset link."

I entered my email again, got another email, clicked the link again... and it just redirected me to the exact same page:

"Reset your password
Enter your email and we’ll send a reset link."

I've tried this like 20 times already, and it keeps doing the same thing.

Usually, when a website has a "Forgot Password" feature and you click the reset link from the email, it should take you to a page where you can actually set a new password.

But that's not happening here. The reset link just keeps sending me back to the "Enter your email and we’ll send a reset link" page.

Please fix this or let me know how I'm supposed to reset my password, because I literally can't get past this.

Many videos are having missing audio issues. I already reported this problem to you through the support ticket several days ago, but it still hasn’t been resolved.

I uploaded a new video today, and the audio is missing in that video as well. Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
