I have disabled encoding in setting but when i upload video it goes for encoding first. Why?

maybe you need to wait for those stuck videos to get encoded, you get your number too. its not like 2 videos were stuck, so its a little pressure for servers

this has the opposite effect. You have to uncheck it xD But still, sometimes the video gets encoded or can get stuck..

Have you tried contacting admins to remove restrictions on your account?, or you can make some comments on other threads where comments count so the restrictions will be auto removed.
