We personally do not want any porn on our servers. we do ignore dmca and also porn is illegal in Singapore, USA plans are DMCA compliant however

I buy 6 month hosting, send screenshot to proove that i pay invoice and i got only "Pending Setup", Support not answering at all and what is the best few days after i pay host for 6 months i get email with "unpaid" invoice that i must pay "again"
So what i get - NO hosting, NO answer, NO moneyback

I have requested 3 days ago refund and cancellation. No Respond for my Ticket.
I will request Abuse and Chargeback from paypal.
Waiting for resolving ticket one day more.

Please open up a support ticket/send me a pm so we can deal with the issue at hand, i do not see any ticket with the title "Great" within it and requesting setup of a service RO - Gold plan. Or you can send me your username/email or the domain name for the hosting specified over pm.

Ha ha ha, finaly answer, after 45 days, GREAT support.......prove that you are not SCAM and pay my money back, you got enough details on screenshot to find that payment on your WMZ so just pay back my money to my WMZ purse
 
@Gnusmas Fuck them really i'm telling you. Stop contacting them. First go to webmoney and contact for Abuse. That's it :-) Make A call to this number +7 (812) 309-02-91 Saint-Petersburg but it worth of trying, you loose to much money. :-(
I have a simple problem, my script on them webhost making me errors that script not working properly, so after about view hours I requested cancellation and full refund. And from that time no respond haha. That's crazy mate :P
Simple they just don't wanna give money back. On my Day off I'll will try to make a call to paypal and sort it out much quicker then doing it via dispute.
