Did you chmod the files folder to 777?
Which filehost link are you trying to download? Is the link alive? Are your account details correct? Is your account premium?
 
phpUploader v1.2 released. I've updated the first post with the new download link. Somik's modification is integrated in this release.

The release also has a new install.html documentation file. Read it for a complete description and feature list.

My last/final release after this will be in a couple days with download/upload support for 2 more filehosts (hopefully 3). And (maybe) the ability to run multiple instances of the script at the same time (which, at the moment, is not possible or recommended).

yes me 777 to files.. still same problem

add option for password rar files :D
 
Gonna add some options as well, such as a login page to edit the values and settings.

Also started to work on login to forum and post new thread.
