I already CHMOD all files to 777. clicked on direct link option on Hotfile. What else I forgot?

I setup xampp run php
i run http://xxxxxx/phpUploader/install.php
Error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function auto_chmod() in D:\kevintrung\xampp\htdocs\phpu\install.php on line 25

Why ? Please help me

^ The script is not built to run on windows based servers. Meaning XAMPP, Vertrigo, WAMP, etc wont be able to run it.

This script may have a php frontend however the backend calls linux commands, so it cannot be run on any windows servers.

I'm getting

Could not move file to your account. Bad login data or RS Security Lock is active.

Looking at the preg_match's, looks like rs changed their code (it was working earlier)

Can someone check and see if its working, maybe its just me (dont think so though)
