Firstly I hope this is the correct plus for this, if not then my mistake.

Okay well I'm sure you know about wrzc.eu, which is the site I took over from Mr Happy. The issue is with the update.php file as It wont update any of the info from google, bing, alexa or even yahoo. Any sites which it suppose to get it from. But I just need help sorting that out so the rankings of the sites can be fixed. And It's been like that for a month or more.

Looks like you will have to get the file decoded first then run it.

Maybe Happy has the uncoded version or the answer.

You can get a decode from many places around the web, for some paypal change.
