Hello I have one question about PayPal

In 1.7.2011 PayPal send to my Debit Card 19$ but I dont get that money ... can anyone help me ?

Sometimes it shows the payment is completed and then the payment get reversed again which may be shown in your account later.

i do withdraw via paypal balance so i got in 4 to 5 gays..

Withdrawing money to cards always takes time so you got to wait if it doesn't reach you in a month then you can contact paypal by email or phone.
