Paypal by far. I have had many issues with Payza in the past with limiting my account for no reason and such for what they "thought" was a scam when it really wasn't. Never had a problem with Paypal.

I prefer paypal and skrill but not familiar with payza since i just started using them.. think more hosts should use skrill as a payment option...Maybe i can get it to be mandatory to have it as a payment option haha!!

Paypal is widely used. But skrill supports those countires where paypal is not available. Skrill has improved a lot in recent years.
