Paypal vs Alertpay

Alertpay is better for me,can't recieve money from paypal in my country,can only pay with paypal,so vote goes for alertpay.

Alertpay its not very popular ... IMO Webmoney is more popular than Alertpay

paypal is not available in my country so the only choice for me is alertpay!
If paypal available in my country my vote certainly go for paypal!

Most of online bussines accept PP, AP is still shity

I got their debit card (AP) and i was really dissapointed as when you get it, you see additional fees they charge you it's cheaper to withdraw to your own debit card, loading time is the same.
and yeah, you cant add ap's card to pp, at least i can't, says bank declined it O.o
