payoneer account blocked payoneer scamed

today when i try to login to my account it show me error that my account got blocked when i chat with customer care they said your account closed for undisclosed reason then disconnect the chat i also do call but same lines and disconnect the call i have 600$ in my payoneer account but they don't care and not even reply me

Reading feedback around the net it doesn't look likely you will get your $, they seem to like keeping other peoples money.
