the main difference is that normal PPI networks have usable products and install legal adware like search toolbars and so on and none of us work in the silent mode, so our user can always uncheck bundled software if he doesn't like/need it. Besides, for example, we are participating in kaspersky's white list program, which means that all our software is checked by them before releasing and we are 100% clean and do not distribute any malware.
And as for your software, as it is installing silently and hijacks user's homepage, it will be classified like trojan as soon as any of the AV see it.
And i don't even talk about install price :D
