On thursday 15th of december I ordered a dedicated server from panda-hosting.eu - http://panda-hosting.eu/dedicated
Panda-SP2011mini
In the Live chat they said setup would take 48hrs. Late Sunday evening I still didnt have the login details so I emailed them saying I would like to cancel as I was sick of waiting. I got a reply saying "the order will be canceled and il get a refund"
A few hours later I got an email from them saying the server is ready would I like it. But as the server is ready I COULD NOT get a refund. So I emailed back saying okay Il have the server. I didnt get the login until Monday, so I waited 4 days.
When I logged in I found that I only have 1 250gig hard drive. After rTorrent was installed, I only had 100gig to use. I installed rTorrent, and Ubuntu desktop but after 1 hour they went offline and now I cant login to either, which means I will need to set them up again.
Emailing their customer services is appalling as you never get a reply for at times over a day) and even when you do get a reply its in very bad English, and hard to understand what they actually mean.
I just wanted to know peoples opinions about this... should I just give up now and file a claim/dispute on paypal. Or give it another go? I dont get get access to both 250gig hard drives. and It was delivered late
Any thoughts and input would be appreciated
