15GB is for free users you can upload unlimited amount of files with premium.

Sorry for my absence everyone I had a car accident that damaged my hand a little last week. Send us an email and can help you set it up.
Dont always go off of what we say in our thread as we post when payment has been made but yours could have been approved the day before. Watch your email for whether your request has been approved or denied.

Same Zoom mostly fails for me, would be great if you could increase the ftp upload limit to 10GB, that way it would make things a lot easier, i am not sure how to go about adding many large files automatically.
Any tips or advice welcomed, as above, zoom fails (about 10% of ote uploads work with zoom) and zoom support say it's not designed to upload files over 4gb

We are sorry, thought he did it should now have been sent.
Site should now be fixed we get some small bugs like this where speed decreases but overall speed is normally very fast.
This is what we have, if you need to upload larger files upgrade your account.
