Hi, I decided to sell my site OriForums.com. The site is over 2 years old and listed on many DDLs suche as PhazeDDL (4*), MechoDDL (4*), AtomicWarez (4*), linkplz (5*), Twilight (2*), hotfiledownloads (3*), ddl2, downloadwarez, nexusddl, linkplz, rardownload, ddlspot...

Alertpay, Moneybookers and Paypal (paypal will count 20% less than other 2 methods, so if you offer 100$ I will count it as 80$ in comparation with offers from other 2 payment methods, because I have expenses to transfer money from paypal to my bank account and will need to wait at least over 1 month to get the money)

- Starting my master studies and want to dedicate more time to a gym. I think it is best time that I start spending more time in the real life.

I earn money from adds, about 20$ per month. If you are interested in bidding I can provide proof. I need adds to cover my hosting bill. I have no donation thing on the site, but you can start with donation if you buy the site.

I also earn money from premium sales from my download links.
 
I would buy it, but I have this question, when was the last time you had phaze to rerate you, and can you show google analytics ? thanks

Hmmm... It works fine for me. I haven't problems like that up to now. Could explain me what is happening?

Phaze don't answer to the email, so I guess about year ago, but I'm not 100% sure. Phaze don't rerate / whitelist new sites / answer emails anymore. Phaze listed sites are expensive now, because you can't get listed there anymore.

Google analytics is added in the first post, but it is not reliable, check Awstats statistic for reliable statistic.
 
how much do you want the incriment to be?

i can get it for 250 but whats the increment but you have to wait till 2morrow or the next day.. i really love to

If someone offers 290$ by AP or MB and someone 360$ by PP the guy who offered 290$ is offered 1$ than the guy who offered 360$ because 360$ - 20%= 288$.

This is because my country is not supported by PP and for withdrawing money from PP I need to wait over 1 month and pay 20% fee to third part companies. :(
 
I have more interested people on MSN who will offer more. I'll wait a few more days, because I've sent email to phaze about re-rate and if I receive respond from them I definitely won't sell the site or not sell it under 2x more than the starting price. So, let wait a few more days and see what will happen.

but I can't wait a few days because my money can go anywhere and i only have that much amount :D

so take me off the list if it's going to go for more than 24 hours :D
