I'm not sure if this would help you at all, but I've been using uBlock Origin and I noticed that there are areas on Openload that don't open properly when it's enabled. So if you're using uBlock Origin, you might try disabling it and seeing if that makes a difference.

I'm not using adblock in openload.

Marcel and IT team working on a fix for that.
