Hi, using FileZilla and FileUploader: Fileserve upload 1,2mb/s - 2mb/s

From yesterday until now my RDP problems with speed: Compression, unpack, copy, paste, Rename, upload and donwload are a lot slower.
I have taken a few shots in the process!

Really. I do not want to bother you much because it made me take a long time. But my job problems in terms of speed . that my work was interrupted and much slower.
