As most of you know, I am getting into hosting business and do not have much time for other projects and hence I am selling this tutorials website of mine.

About Website: Started in November 2011, this is my first project when I started working with Google Adsense (Adsense was approved very late though). It is a tutorials website using Wordpress platform where any type of tutorials can be posted. Example: Wordpress, VB, IPB, PHP, Java etc.
Site Maintenance: Maintaining this site would be very easy due to the simplicity of Wordpress. I have not added any unnecessary plugins to bloat it.
Traffic: Pretty low, in the range of 0-10 UV per day. Domain is 2 years old and traffic can be easily increased by the new owner if regular posts are made.
SEO: I have done on-site SEO only, haven't built any backlinks due to lack of time. If the new owner builds backlinks naturally, traffic will increase manifold.
Earnings: Site has earned around 3$ from the time I added adsense on it, I know it is pretty low. But I've never really worked on it. If you manage to increase traffic (pretty easy as mentioned above), adsense earnings will definitely increase. Tech niche pays well, trust me.
