One Site Gets Compromised and Used for Phishing. Should Your Other Domains Be Checked?

ICANN is considering Associated Domain Checks when one domain has actionable evidence of DNS abuse.

For a webmaster running several sites, the uncomfortable case is a compromise: one site is hacked and used for phishing while the others are clean. Reviewing them may catch the same attack elsewhere, but it also puts the whole account under a microscope.

Would a check be fair if the other domains couldn't be acted on without their own evidence?
