every second day shared server its down, yes you get me not 20 days its 15 days in month,find softaculous licence expired, try to install forum find only smf, no phpbb3 no mybb??

realy i not want any argue with you and nothing personal but, your service its garbage and people must known that

Someone is making it carbage with ddos attacks, let's be fair the site's we host may attract it..
What would you rather see cheap prices or higher prices with ddos protection?

And you could also just open a ticket inside your client area, i can't find any..
Or if there is one please give me the ticket ID#.
 
We have sent out an e-mail 72 hrs ago that we are migrating SRV-2 to SRV-3, once the migration is done and softaculous is installed on the new server then you will have the premium version again.

You not send anything, when you change server must sent me new FTP setup becouse old ones not works, also half my forum post gone,any plugin in FTP not works even if i add new ones, so send new FTP setup.
 
I can't do much with your forum username, please create a new ticket so we know your accounts details and server location etc.. Softaculous is also back to premium license now on SRV-3:

I have two more sites, and when move my site to another server they give me new info about Cpanel and FTP old ones dont works after that, i realy dont understand this service realy
 
Becouse i dont want deal it with this service any more.And i am to lazy to do that


So you are to lazy to create a ticket but not to lazy to create a screenshot and keep posting about the same thing without giving us information?
 
you realy bitch in me do we are clear after you moving shared hosting on new server nothing works in FTP, becouse its from old server give me FTP with my site on new server its that so f**kin clear and this is ticket number

and i notice this in Cpanel someone off your admins played with FTP acc, that realy sucks

Seems you where finally able to create a support ticket, your ticket have already been updated by our staff and solved now.
And tell me what is wrong with the screenshot you sent? Just looks like an ordinary FTP accounts page:

This is worst hosting service ever see it, now after FTP problems i must CHMOD all my files to 775/777 becouse server not allowed rewrite, also cannot edit any template inside ACP panel, on my other two sites everything goes like charm but this service its BIG SHIT

We just transferred all clients from one server to another, there was bound to be issues as we stated in the email. If you are unhappy you can use the cancellation feature in your client area to cancel your hosting with us.

Then also prove that we are down 24/7? The shared hosting servers haven't been down for the past 7 days
after the server migration. Don't try selling story's which ain't true.
 
dear u rare total lier bcz i msg here and also in my support ticket u not reply and not solve my issue ..u tell them u support 24 hours on live ..this is ur support u not support our members ..u called no server down then its i think 15 days 2nd tme my server down and u suspend my acount ..if u not support then give me my money back...mdaniyalkhan48@yahoo.com
 
We suspended your account because you where hosting content that violates our terms of service, when ever you are ready to pay the lawyer costs for us we won't request you to remove the content.

The issue's was already resolved, next time we will first contact you to remove the content.
We are sorry for the inconvenience's.
