Yes its allowed! :) And because we are using our own clustered DNS servers you are not limited to just 1 location.

Whenever we receive a dmca/copyright complaint against your site we can simply move it to a different country within ~10-15 Minutes.

DMCA Force to Datacenter for Down my hosting account but they ignore DMCA msgs and Transfer my website to another Server.
i am working on my websites 15/16 hours but i dont see any downtime on these time.in simple words my hosting server is Up anytime.:) Now 46 days is going and my website is still up on offshorewebspace.net server. i will give more honestly Review when my 2 months will complete. its good for new customer who want to know about hosting providers! Cya

This is the whole idea behind OW.NET using there own clustered nameservers, and its also a good thing this service is already included in the price :D

Yes we will ignore the DMCA complaints until our DC forces us to remove the content from the server.

However we will never destroy any of your data, but just move your site to a different country to avoid the DMCA take down.
 
I have ordered an account from OffshoreWebspace.net

So far everything is beyond perfect. There is no downtime even lags on my webpage. Support is excellent.

I recommend this host to all Wjunction users :D
