MikeNL, I am a site owner and have investigated many FHosts and then reported to my uploaders and members which are the best and most trustworthy, but I unfortunately cannot recommend your site, at this present time, whilst I see so many complaints against your site.
I know its a very tough time for all Filehosts, members, uploaders, and Filehosts were not prepared for the incredible influx of new members after recent events, so their staff and servers were probably overloaded and I am really sorry for you for that.
But man I couldnt even log in, more than once and on different days when I tried. I do persist with difference FHosts when they have probs and test them more than once to give them a fair chance, but it didnt work with your site and my problem, which happened again today, continues, so I had virtually given up. Here is an explanation;

There are problems on the website. I had already registered days before, but when I tried to log before, it would not accept my log in. When I tried to get a new password, they sent a link that said your new password has been sent, when I clicked on that link, the new password they had sent wouldnt work.
Yet I am already registered! also when I tried again today and couldnt log in, I entered my username and email addy to get a new password, they sent me an email with a link for a new password and when I click on that link it says a message, "new password has been sent by email", their newest email to me gives me a new USER NAME & password, not just a password for the user name I am registered with.
I finally resolved this just now, but why make the registration process so complicated?
If Im having all those problems Im sure other new members on your site will too.
Here are some of the probs I have found, from a new member wanting to check it out and maybe register's point of view;
When one clicks on the register button they are immediately hit with reasons to buy Premium, not a good marketing idea to show that before they even register. Then below that it asks for the Reseller country and you have to choose one from a list (hallo.....I only want to register first, why are they asking that?) and anyway I want to sell to/from many countries not just one, so how can I choose just one, their should be an option to choose more by clicking on the different countries.
When I enter your voucher offer code, (thanks for that), it only asks for an email addy, but why is that not credited to my user name or allow me to enter my user name, it only credits an email addy, that is so confusing for new members.
The most important thing is why cant you just have a register button for folk to do just that, with all their relevant info, username, password and email.
Your server is also very slow, especially on FREE downloads and this will not impress or encourage members to use you or buy Premium with you
I do hope you do not take all this as an insulting criticism, it is not meant to be at all, just to help you improve your site and service and I hope it does help you.
I have pmed you with my details as I would like to consult with you about a few things. I do hope you can sort this out for me. Because as I have said before, I do believe in giving every newish File Host every chance to improve their service to both uploaders and members before I recommend or decide to affiliate with them.
Believe me before all the latest problems, the Filehosts I affiliated with did well, as I install for my members, links to their sites to join and also buy Premium, in the signatures of every Uploader & my Staff on my Site.
So I do wish you the best of luck in solving your problems and hope your service and site become very successful. Im sure its a very stressful time for you.
