I requested payout three times so far and every time
my request was rejected and my money was returned to
my balance
I contacted support and they told me that my address was incorect
but its not inncorrect and I sent them a screenshot of my paypal info
and request for payout info (they match)
I contacted paypal - they say everything is fine with my account
- so what can I do - I have pending request now

Do you do payouts to paypal at all?
- Too many posts to go through and find an answer
sorry if its answered allready
- If not what is the most prefered way to ask payout - Alertpay moneybookers webmoney ?

Always got payements with paypal without any problem at all.....

mee too, request rejected.
i've requested through moneybookers and they reject it.
why now? please need your respond.

in your payout page, you've said that: "This address does not constitute payment information"
but why you reject the payout request?
you must be consistent with your rules.

1. Do I need premium to upload.

2. PPS available?

3. Alertpay o Moneybookers available to get paid for the affiliate?

4. Did they pay every week or in a month?

5. Did they always pay in time?

if you can upload via zoom or netloader easily ,why people should pay to use ftp???????

man, i am starting to think, $12/sale is teasing, but hell no, hard to get sales, even at this time.

the free speed makes people sick, they will not buy premium. they don't think they can get fast speed when they are downloading at 7KB/s for free. but actually i can get 35MB/s premium speed for single file,but hey, give some premium bandwidth to free users okay?

premium users download at 35MB/s and free user 7 KB/s?

10 MB/s downoad speed is enough for me.
increse the upload speed to at least 5 MB/s per file for ftp users.
no need to be 30MB/s per file..man
just 5 MB/s and make it stable!

for free users: 100 KB/s -150 KB/s, 10 minutes waiting time between downloads.

increase premium single file up to 5GB.

redesign file manger, spend some money to hire some professional translators please.

showing clicks of files is just useless.
yeah, this this free speed, peole can only click (not download) and give up.
 
@calledo: Put on your old man's glasses and read again other user's post. FTP is for premium members. You are able to add payment info when you reach the minimum of $50 to request a payout.
 
first, you must have $50 in your account, then you can select your payment method.
ftp upload only for premium users..
you must read all the pages of the thread before doing this question...
 
They are dreadful for free downloads, I have been testing all the filehosts and with this one it took 50mins wait time before it would start the download. Server overload maybe

I am in the same boat
my payout also rejected 3 times from 10 th january and reason address error .

then Mr mike told me that due to charge back risk
they will only payout me after 45 days of purchasing premium a/c

And commit me that I will get paid after 25 th February
