You don't know if you have 92 downloads or not, you only know that you got 92 views. You only know the number of downloads you have when you're on PPD and they will show you your points number.

^It's like the filemanager for files where it shows views but not completed downloads.

Free user speed is great in Europe. I was downloading for free on my NL RDP at 2+ mbps. At my house in the US I get about 10 kbps as a free user.
